Every message and assessment submission is read personally — there is no marketing team, no automated response, and no third-party sales process. Information you share is used solely to respond to you, understand your situation, and, where relevant, to provide mentoring, consulting, speaking or workshop services you have enquired about.
Beyond standard data handling, anything shared in the course of a working relationship — in calls, sessions or correspondence — is treated as strictly confidential and is never shared, referenced or disclosed to any third party under any circumstances.
